| TURNKEY PROJECTS All of the design work is performed on AutoCAD version 14. With over 56 years of continuous service and a large archive of previous furnace projects we can complete furnace projects quickly by adjusting our latest designs to be incorporated on the newest furnaces. Since our fabrication and assembly shops are in the same building we keep close tabs on all of our projects from start to finish All of our design personnel have hands on knowledge of the equipment we design and types of environments that we are working in. This knowledge helps our engineering group understand our customer concerns. Our staff has the experience to offer new and innovative solutions for your furnace requirements including material handling systems. Being a smaller furnace builder we have efficiencies and abilities that can not be duplicated with a large engineering company. The end result: Excellent furnace solutions at competitive prices. Projects are processed through our organization using the project manager system. Customers have one point of contact from contract award through installation and start-up. Equipment is fabricated, assembled, piped, lined, wired and pretested (as far as feasible) in our shop prior to shipping to site. |
