	Olson offers services to rebuild and modernize your existing furnaces to improve performance, fuel efficiency and reduce maintenance and downtime. The scope of this work can include: • Engineering and redesign • New furnace linings using ceramic fiber • New controls including PLC based systems • New burners with option for Pulse Firing • Replace existing door drives and seals • Replacement of furnace cars and seals with fiber seals • Roller hearth drive systems • Addition of heat recovery systems • Rebuild furnace internals such as load supports • Installation Services	*Car Bottom Annealing Furnace rebuilt to increase capacity, add fiber seals, change lining from brick to fiber, eliminate water cooling, replace brick arch and replace curb castings.*

	Steckel Mill coiling furnace rebuilt with recuperators (heat recovery), new controls and new burners to improve fuel rates and performance.
